Requirements:-

Good oral and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of Programming & Software Development Life Cycle Concepts

Exposure to Data analysis tools like SPSS, Python etc and ability to handle and analyse data. Ability to handle Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:-

Manage organization support head count. Keep track off in and out movements and set associated system parameters in a timely manner.

Keep the organization chart up to date in line with organization changes.

Perform certain operational transactions in time clocking systems.

Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily interpreted.

Using statistical tools like SPSS, Python etc to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for descriptive analytics.

Hypothesis validation using big data visualization tools like Tableau

Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
